Public Art Creativity in Education

Richard Ellis has been practising in the areas of Public Art and Creativity in Education since 1993, when he completed the M.A. in Public Art and Design at Chelsea College. These areas of practice have evolved naturally together, aspects of each complementing the other.

His work encompasses a range of media and subject matter, reflecting his broad interests, and he is used to working collaboratively with teachers, architects, fabricators, engineers and other professionals, along with schoolchildren of all ages and youth and community groups.

Based in Birmingham, he works throughout the Midlands for educational and community work, and nationally for design projects.
